Send a mail to customersupport@rentasolutions.org with as subject [Modification User].

Indicate clearly the platform the modification is related to. 

We will process your demand as soon as possible and we will send you feedback.

Contact your company- or user-manager who has access to MGT.
Through MGT they are able to create, manager or disable users and their rights.

If you don't know who your manager is, please reach out to customersupport@rentasolutions with your VAT-number.
